Prerequisites:
- Use USB image creator to prepare a firmware image of the required firmware version.
- You have a USB storage device formatted as FAT32 with at least 2GB of free space.
Step 1) Download the firmware image to your PC. The image is in .zip format.
Step 2) Right click on the .zip file you have downloaded and choose “Extract All”. When prompted to select where to extract the files, choose the USB storage device location and extract all files.
Step3) Find the USB drive on your PC, right click and choose "Eject". Skipping this step can possibly corrupt the contents of the USB storage device.
Step 4) Once the drive has been ejected, unplug it from your PC. Disconnect power to the H200 and plug the USB device into the USB port on the back panel of the H200. NOTE: Be sure to use the USB port closest to the power cable connector as shown in the image below.
Step 5) Boot the H200 with the USB device inserted. You should see the splash screen logo followed by a message stating “Installing system update”. The device will reboot and you will be prompted to remove the USB disk and power off the device.
Step 6) Power off the H200. Remove the USB stick.
Step 7) reboot the H200 to the new firmware image.
