This article describes a simple way to generate and retrieve a bug report in H200 using Orchestrate.
Select the device you want to generate the Bug Report from.
For that, access the Manage Module and go to:
Device -> Device List -> Select the desired serial number
On the top of the screen, select Start Remote Screen:
Accept the connection by pressing the HERE link:
Press the button "Generate Bug Report" on the top of the screen:
A zip file will be generated in the H200 after ~1 minute.
Select the Bug Report from the dropdown menu:
Press the button "Download Bug Report" beside the previous button:
You should have the file downloaded to your computer.
