Summary
CAS SUPPORT
To protect the content and rights, digital TV operators turn to the technology known as conditional access service or CAS. Conditional access service provides the service of controlling the access to digital television to people who are or are not subscribers.
CAS is not supported by the H-Series model.
DRM Support
Digital rights management (DRM) is a way to protect copyrights for digital media. This approach includes the use of technologies that limit the copying and use of copyrighted works and proprietary software.
Amino's recommendation is to use the following combinations:
- DASH + Widevine
- HLS +PlayReady
