This article demonstrates the PIN configurations on the H-Series, facilitating the connection of a console cable. This connection allows for data retrieval aimed at troubleshooting on a board level.

Summary
Open the Enclosure
Remove 2 screws at the top of the enclosure.
Remove 2 screws at the bottom.
Remove 2 hex nuts at the back panel.
Open the bottom lid and you will find a 4-pin console cable connector.
H-Series Console Pinout
Pin 1 - Vcc (3.3V) WARNING: USB with 5V may cause damage to the device
Pin 2 – TX (SoC output)
Pin 3 – RX (SoC input)
Pin 4 - GND
Serial Connection
Console cable may be used to connect to H-Series (ONLY connecting a 3.3vcc UART cable)
